Direct Oral Care Solutions is a trade-only platform. Access to products and pricing requires a verified business account. You must be a GDC-registered dental professional or represent a registered dental practice to create an account.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your GDC registration number. We verify all registrations against the GDC online register. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders are subject to product availability.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of dental products and hygiene regulations, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@directoralcare.com to arrange a return.
