Chapter One

Quick and quietly reliable.

We’re a small, friendly team and we ship every working day. When your order goes through, you’ll get an email confirmation right away. As soon as it leaves us, you’ll get another one with tracking, so you’re never left wondering where your parcel is.

Most orders land in UK practices within one to five working days, depending on the product. If you’ve ordered Perfect Trays with a custom prescription, those take a touch longer — they’re hand-crafted in the lab, usually around five to seven working days from when we receive your impressions.

The order process, step by step.

Three steps. No surprises.

You place an order.

Either through your trade account on the website, or by sending us a Perfect Trays prescription. Either way, you’ll get a confirmation straight to your inbox.

We pack it up.

We pick, pack, and hand off to our courier as fast as we can. Turnaround is typically one to two working days for stocked items, and three to five working days for anything that has to be prepared for you.

It arrives, tracked.

Every UK order goes via tracked courier, so you know exactly when to expect it. Shopify emails you the tracking number the moment it leaves us.

If anything turns up damaged or missing, drop us a line within 48 hours and we’ll sort it straight away. No quibbles.

Chapter Three

A note on trade accounts.

Because everything we sell is for clinical use only, we ship exclusively to verified dental practices. If you’ve not yet opened a trade account, head over to Open Account and we’ll get you set up. It’s quick, and once you’re verified you’ll see pricing and be able to order straight away.

If something goes wrong

Damaged or missing? Let us know.

Every parcel is checked carefully before it leaves us, but the world of couriers being what it is, things can occasionally go astray. If your order arrives damaged or anything’s missing, drop us a line within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it right away. No quibbles.
